Overview
Your brand profile is your project’s public face. Think of it as a lightweight, on-chain business card that helps people discover, trust, and interact with your company.
Why Create a Brand Profile?
Benefit
What it means for you
Unified Identity
Re-use the same profile when you buy ad slots and when you post updates on the social feed.
Discoverability
Active brands appear in our public directory, making it easier for partners, investors, and customers to find you.
Reputation
A consistent name, logo, and website builds trust—especially important for Web3 projects.
Easy Reactivation
If you go quiet for a while, just run a new ad or post an update to pop back to the top.
What Details Can I Share?
Name – Your project or company name (max 32 characters).
Website – A link to your home page or landing page.
Category – E.g., DeFi, Gaming, NFT Marketplace—helps users filter the directory.
Year Founded (optional) – Show how long you’ve been around.
Primary / Secondary Token (optional) – Link your SPL tokens so holders can find you.
Logo – A square image or IPFS link for instant brand recognition.
All fields are optional except Name; share only what you’re comfortable putting on-chain.
How to Register or Claim a Brand
Open the Brands page in the dApp.
Click “Create Brand”.
Fill in the form and hit Submit. A small network fee finalizes your profile on-chain.
You’re done! Your wallet is now the owner of that brand and can edit details anytime.
Already have a profile? Connect the wallet that owns it and the edit button will appear automatically.
Staying Active (and Visible)
Your brand is marked Active whenever you post on the social feed or win an ad-space auction.
Each activity pushes your “expiry timer” forward (about 30 days of slots ≈ one calendar month).
If the timer runs out with no new activity, your brand quietly moves to the “Inactive” tab—no penalties, just reduced visibility.
Reactivation is instant: post or purchase an ad and you’re back in the active list.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do I need to mint a token to create a brand?
A: No. Token fields are optional. You can add them later or skip them entirely.
Q: Can two brands share the same name?
A: Yes—names are not enforced to be unique. Your logo and website help users tell you apart.
Q: Does inactivity delete my data?
A: Never. The profile just hides from the active list until you interact again.
